Xiaomi Mi Fan Festival sale starts today: Redmi Note 7 Pro and POCO F1 at Re 1, Redmi Go on open sale, and more

Xiaomi’s Mi Fan Festival aka the MFF 2019 sale has kicked off. The Xiaomi sale will run until April 6th and offer exclusive deals and discounts on a range of products, including the POCO F1, Redmi Note 6 Pro, smart TVs, the Mi Soundbar, as well as accessories. Interested buyers can head to Mi.com, Mi Home, Mi Store, and partner offline stores to avail the offers. The Mi Fan Festival sale will also be held on the e-commerce platforms Amazon.in and Flipkart, but with limited offers. The popular Re 1 flash sale, for example, will only be available on the official Xiaomi website. On the other hand, the Redmi Go will be on open sale on Mi.com as well as Flipkart.

The Re 1 flash sale during the Mi Fan Festival will offer Redmi Note 7 Pro, Mi Soundbar, POCO F1, Home Security Camera Basic, Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones, and Mi TV 4A Pro at just Re 1. Moreover, Xiaomi has partnered with HDFC Bank to offer five percent instant discount of up to Rs 500 with HDFC card on minimum transaction value of Rs. 5,998. MobiKwik will offer 15 percent instant SuperCash up to Rs 2,000, and customers using Mi Pay app to purchase an item during the sale will stand a chance to win Mi TVs and Redmi Note 7 every day.

POCO F1

The POCO F1 price in India for the 6GB + 128GB variant has been slashed to Rs 20,999 from Rs 22,999 during the sale. The handset is the most powerful device so far in the company’s folio with Snapdragon 845 SoC ticking at its core. The prices of entry-level 6GB + 64GB variant and 8GB + 256GB option have also been slashed to Rs 17,999 and Rs 24,999 respectively, on exchange of an old smartphone.

Redmi Note 6 Pro

The Redmi Note 6 Pro can be snagged at a starting price of Rs 10,999 instead of Rs 11,999 for the base 4GB RAM model. The slightly better 6GB RAM version continues to retail for the same MOP Rs 13,999 that was announced last month.

Mi A2

The Chinese OEM’s latest stock Android phone, the Mi A2, will be available for Rs 11,999 after the discount. The handset was launched last year for a starting price of Rs 15,999, which was slashed to Rs 13,999 earlier this year. 

Redmi 6 Pro

The budget Redmi 6 Pro sells at Rs 7,999, down from its MOP of Rs 9,999, during the Mi Fan Festival 2019 sale. This is for the base 3GB RAM variant. The handset’s 4GB RAM option will set you back to Rs 9,999 instead of Rs 11,999.

Redmi Y2

The Redmi Y2 is Xiaomi’s selfie-centric smartphone and its price has been slashed by Rs 1,000 across the variants. This means the Redmi Y2’s entry-level 3GB RAM option can be purchased at Rs 7,999 and the 4GB RAM variant at Rs 9,999.

Redmi 6

The Redmi 6 is another budget smartphone in the list. The handset is available at Rs 6,999 instead of Rs 7,999 for the base 3GB RAM and 32GB storage option. It rocks MediaTek P22 octa-crore chipset and flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ display.

Redmi Note 5 Pro

The Mi Fan Festival will also be offering Xiaomi’s last year Redmi Note 5 Pro with a price cut of Rs 2,000. The entry-level 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant can be purchased for Rs 10,999 instead of Rs 12,999, while the top-end 6GB RAM and 64GB storage option will cost Rs 11,999, down from its MOP of Rs 13,999.
