Xiaomi today unveiled a series of new products at its Smarter Living event in India. The new product lineup includes the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 series, RVC Mop 2i, Grooming Kit and Trimmer 2C. It also unveiled the Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series that runs on Google TV making it a first for the company in India.

The Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series comes in 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch sizes. This is the first Xiaomi TV in India that is powered by Google TV. The base model also boasts Dolby Vision IQ making it the only 43-inch TV available with the technology in India.

Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series India price, sale

The Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro 43-inch model is priced at Rs 32,999 but it can be purchased at Rs 31,499 with bank offers. The 50-inch model is priced at Rs 45,999 and it has an offer price of Rs 41,999. The top-tier Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro 55-inch model has been priced at Rs 47,999 but with bank offers it can go as low as Rs 45,999.

The first sale for the Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series is scheduled for April 19th, at 12 noon. It will be available on mi.com, Flipkart and through offline retail partners.

Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series design, specifications

In terms of design, the Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series features a metal bezel-less design with aluminium alloy frames and a carbon fibre finish back panel. Xiaomi has also added 4K HDR, Dolby Vision IQ, Vivid Picture Engine 2 technology, and Wide Colour Gamut. The TVs pack a 40W speaker system along with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X technology.

XiaoOn the software front, the Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series runs on Google TV that was launched in 2020. With Google TV, users can get easy access to streaming apps and live TV, and built-in Google Chromecast. There’s Xiaomi’s PatchWall as well for content discovery and with the newer YouTube integration.
