Please don't buy this AC, if you ignore this review you are going to regret like me. I purchased 1.5T 3Star version, installation was done by VG services which are authorised installation partners for Videocon. Trust me they are the worst I have ever seen. I bought outdoor stand from market as they said they charge 900 I got it in market for 550 , now they took 200rs for fixing stand because its not purchased from them , leave that they made a huge hole on the wall for outdoor unit piping and its so huge that my kids can actually go outside through that (wish FK has photo reviews like to share image). When we question they give very arrogant replies, tried to contact customer care and they are the dumbest ppl on the Earth. No information with them. If installation is so pathetic only god knows about annual maintenance​ and warranty.
The AC is up to the mark.nGot installed at rs 1500. nShould buy the outdoor unit bracket from market as they​ would charge 500-700 extra.nnNoticed that when the AC is started the outdoor unit takes time to start the compressor.nTo start the compressor immediately the temperature setting has to be set to lower.
