I bought this phone for my mom who is 65 years old. She used to use a Nokia phone but always complained about the text size on the screen and the button size. So I got her the iBall Aasaan. The phone was delivered the next day by Flipkart. I agree with some reviews that the navigation is not as simple for example if you start a radio, it doesn't exit to the home screen in a single please of the Call End button. But then my mom rarely uses radio. The large buttons are quite easy for her to dial the numbers she wants. The contacts list is available at a single press of the button. There is a sliding button on the right for locking the keypad (which avoids moments where you spend time just to figure out how to unlock) and a seperate on/off button for a powerful LED torch. Seperate button to start the radio and a button for volume. All these have satisfied my mom as well as myself. Highly recommended.

If you want o make a call, its not less than thrice you have to press calling button. in order to end a call, it takes atleast two attempts to disconnect. Suppose you want to redial a previous dialled number, can anyone just imagine that, user needs to press the key to atleast six times to go through different options on each click and then select the dialled number

Numbers are clearly visible and hence suits best for elders.

Number of clicks on Buttons to make a call is too much.

I bought 2 phones for my parents, almost a year ago from Flipkart. Flipkart service was up to the mark. However, this is not the case with the product. I am writing this feedback so late, so as to give an unbiased product feedback (+partially i wish no one else should waste money on this product). List of problems faced:n1. One of the phones started malfunctioning within 30 days(Flipkart replaced it promptly), however this replaced phone also has started showing problem after being used for @ 7 months. Second phone is now out of service after @ 10 months of use.n2. Gets discharged after almost 6-7 hrs even if it is not being used.n3. Call end button does not function most of the times (seems like a software problem) n4. After a call ends, phone automatically displays the last called number. it does not go to its home screen (even if you try doing so)n5. Gets heated up after almost 10 minutes of use.n6. Deal breaker - screen on both phones now shows garbled texts (phone was not dropped, no physical impacts, no exposure to moisture etc)nnOverall - Frustrating experience with this product. Its a non reliable mobile, and will not fulfill the task we think it needs to do i.e provide connectivity with parents incase of trouble. In my opinion its a total waste of money.nnUpdate (6th June) - both phones junked now, service center experience horrible!! Think any simple Nokia phone would have been better.

Nothing in it...............I want to give it negative rating..................................................The Aurora 2b is much better than this and it is zero and nothing. it is worst than Chinese phones...........

do not buy this phonenbattery backup is the worst feature...it does'nt last long even with the phone having no features!the battery gets exhausted in no time nthe sos system works fine and the built quality is good overall nthe LED torch is helpful but even without getting any of the features to work..the battery gets exhausted too early and there is no other option.
