the look is awesome..any1 who looks at it will wish to have 1. But you switch on the cell and you feel like smashing it on the wall..the software, icons, display, etc. reminds you of the chinese handsets...also setting up pc sync tool(nokia pc suite equivalent) will drive u nuts..the flash is of very low intensity..a match stick will give you a brighter light. The camera is good though. The sound quality is also good. The e-book reader is not a pdf reader. It's a .txt reader. Extremely dissapointed...I would suggest not to go for this.

the iball company came to mobiles field only to fool people because the quality of their computer accessories are better than most people but it's mobile phone quality is worst than a road side hawkers china mobile i have burnt my hands by buying iball phone.i was not able to understand by what view this iball company launched pones with such a low internal memory of below 1mb. please..........................don't buy this phone.

I had bought iball Gracia which within a couple of weeks started giing problems because of which you can neither hear anyting nor you could be heard from the other side. You all are right. I guess iball is very immature in mobile market. it felt exactly the same way what Vivek has told- "Smash it to the wall..."n But, Flipkart was great to replace the mobile with a new one for free. But, shockingly even the newiball Gracia started giving problems. I feel shy to approach Flipkart again. So, I left it.nSuggestion: Never go for iball products- especially Mobiles.

i bought this phone a month back want to resell it at 3500 please dont buy it awful touch experience very slow gets heated up very quickly very less battery life internet use age not at all good please do not buy this phone at half its price also

very poor touch sensitivity, got lots of firmware problems ( like hanging off, not detecting sims most of the times ( frustating a lot), not a user friendly features, provides very less options in the application... In my view not a good phone as even with the features provided.
