User Reviews for iBall Flip X5 Compbook Laptop (Atom Quad-Core X5/2 GB//Windows 10) Laptop

I am not a fan of iball products. Two years ago I bought an iball keyboard and found the key depressions harder than usual and some of the keys also stuck! Thinking it to be an one off product infirmity, I ordered for another iball keyboard and lo! it had identical problems. It was natural for me to have doubts about this product as how could a company that cannot even make proper keyboards could venture into making laptops. I have recently (05/08/2017) bought a iball flip x-5 which is working reasonably good without any issue. Looking at the performance of this product my friend bought one too which is also performing as expected. I have decided to give three stars instead of five for two reasons, (i) Internal HDD storage of 500 GB could have been added as done by Acer Switch One Atom Quadcore for an identical price, (ii) the product has only carry in warranty as against the norm of Onsite warranty for such products.

Now need to visit service center...looks like wasted my money) Delivery -- 5/5 -- Thanks Flipkart for delivering on festival day...4days ahead of promised deliver date...was able to gift it on time... 1. Display -- 5/5 -- crisp and clear --full HD 2. Touch -- 4/5 -- slightly buggy...due to low RAM (2GB) 3. Keyboard -- 4/5 -- small but with good feedback and travel 4. Touchpad -- 3/5 -- pinch/zoom not supported 5. Battery -- 5/5 -- shows 8+ hrs after full charge 6. tablet mode -- 2/5 - when u flip to tablet mode...the keyboard/touchpad don't get disabled... 7. build -- 3/5 - all plastic...flexes a bit...feels delicate...hope it doesn't crack 8. RAM -- 2/5 -- 2GB is less...4GB would have been just right for a windows OS (not sure if RAM can be upgraded) 9. Charging -- 2/5 uses a round pin rather than USB ...found charging bit slow (not timed it) 10. weight -- 2/5 bit heavy for holding in hand for long time... 11 - Speakers - 4/5 -- loud and clear...(need to test them further) ...will update after further usage...and windows OS update (hope nothing breaks after upgrade)

i was confused should i go for dell inspiron 11 or flip x5, but selected x5. Expect it's plastic body which creating cracking sound every time when i pick it from every corner. rest all good responsive touch full hd display good brightness level among all low cost laptop.
