IFB 20BC4 20 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven

hi im fan of flipkart but my experienc tells me never buy any electronic items which are to be installed by the companies members coz they never turn up or no demo is available for the product bought online. nbuy from local electronics so they arrange and you ve someone to ask for demo and installations. nin flipkart there is no backup support for your products just they want to sell these products for their profitsnonly delivery is best on there part no customer support

Straight and simple - stay away from this product. Tried baking cakes/muffin/breads etc. 5 minutes up and everything is burnt from the outside and raw from the inside. Tried calling the customer service of IFB. After numerous followups and escalations they sent an executive just to inform us the hardware is fine.. If the hardware is fine then how does a cake burns at just 170 degrees within 5 minutes when its supposed to get baked for 20-30minutes!! Does IFB follow a different convection mode than the others??? Not at all happy with the service of IFB. The sadder part is their service. The executive told us maybe the convection is for browning purpose only (since items turn BROWN/BURNT in few minutes) and we should use the Micro+Convec mode since that was working fine. Ridiculous! He even had the nerve to advise us to take cooking Class!!!nnThe Product was finally replaced after numerous followups on 10th April with another faulty product. The irony is that each time the defect is different in nature. The replaced product had a defective convection fan which made unbearable noise while in convection mode. Even the IFB technician who visited for product installation and demo agreed that the product had a manufacturing defect. The IFB executive after lot of arguments with the management informed us that the product will be replaced again with a specific instruction of not informing Flipkart. A week after, they called up stating they still working on our case!!!! nnHowever we contacted Flipkart and returned the product and Flipkart processed the refund without any fuss.
