IFB Elena Aqua SX 6 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine

Please don't buy this product. Recently I have purchased it from a retailer store and using it more than a month. The program adjusting knob is very light which has to be handle with much more care. Also the top plastic cover and door handle are very thin and light. I feel that its not a reliable product and not worth for money. It is a washing machine not a touch screen to handle very smoothly. An international company IFB has to spend some special attention to give robust designed product. It is a machine going to survive for another 8 to 10 years must be enough strong and reliable.

Just augmenting for the review title,recently bought this model and I had to tell ,this is the worst washing machine ever to be produced by them.Even a simple cotton wash might take 3 to 4 hours (but they have mentioned it as 1-2 hrs in manual). There is another option for RAPID WASH which they said, would reduce the washing time by half ,but it turns out that,this option is completely not working ..the story doesn't end there,barely a month after purchase I've had 5 to 4 visits from IFB technicians after complaining,nothing is sorted out and are reluctant to agree that this is a faulty machine from its production stages.please don't fall for the 4 year warranty ,just imagine the time ,money and the electricity bill that you are going to invest into this bogus washing machine.please go for any washing machine other than IFB. Even a basic TOPLOAD washing machine would perform better than this and in half the price. BUY IT UNLESS IF YOU WANT TO TORTURE YOUR WIFE OR HOMEMAKERS !!!
