I was bit skeptical about the product and post-sales services after reading loads of negative reviews on flipkart. I did a market survey and checked prices on flipkart. Got the product in 22.8k. Here's the review after using it 3 times in three days:n1. Service: Flipkart rocks! Got it in two days.Delivery team was absolutely professional and was a wonderful experience overall!. Thanks to the delivery boys and flipkart team. On the contrary to what most of the reviewers scribbled, IFB service team too was quite professional. Installation happened quite smoothly. Technician (even though it was 8 pm, way beyond working hours), was kind enough to patiently explain all the nitty gritties to me. Technician did try to sell me some IFB products (Come on, it's a part of his job). But if you don't want to buy anything, just say no. Anyway, got my machine on second day of placing the order and got it installed on 3r!nn2. Machine: Used it for three times and I'm really impressed. Water consumption appears to be lesser than that of top loading machines. It takes around two hours for a cotton wash. Although there is also a cotton eco wash mode, taking little time than that. The machine comes with inbuilt water softner, but I installed an additional one since I get bore water which is even harder than a common hard water. Didn't want to take changesnn3. Overall: So far so good! Fingers crossed! Touchwood. I'd always suggest you to go for a good front loader machine than a top loading one. It will be efficient in water consumption and machine is much efficient than most of the conventional top loading ones.
Although delivery service was late, product was very good.
