I bought this product last month. Specification mentioned and actual products are not same. Now this ac is 2 star mentioned in ifb website. 4 way auto swing mentioned but only vertical direction auto swing horizontal direction manual. Feel mode is not working in this AC. Remote button shows in the night but u cant see the button letters. Copper condenser mentioned but actually not. I have gone through IFB website before purchasing this now they have changed entire spec and now this type of ac is mentioned under 2 star catagory.
I M USING THIS PRODUCT FROM LAST MONTH.PURCHASED FROM SNAPDEAL. I HAVE 14FT ROOM. AND THIS 1TON AC GIVING GOOD PERFORMANCE. IFB IS NEW IN AC BUT IT WILL BE THE BEST IN AC VERY SOON. IT TAKING 15 MIN FOR COOL IN MY ROOM. IF YOU WAANT FAST COOLING IN SUCH SIZE ROOM, GO WITH 1.5TON .
