The product delivered was completely different from what was ordered. In fact the picture on the bill itself is totally different from what has been delivered. I understand the market price is much lower without a pedestal, this was informed over phone and later by email but no concrete action has been taken so far.

Easy to handle
I was mislead by Flipkart by booking the IFB Senator smart 7 kg washing machine. Actually i booked IFB Senator smart 7 kg washing machine through Flipkart by comparing it with its competitors at the same price. at the time of booking they have mentioned IFB senator smart 7kg washing @ rs. 41999. But they have delivered me the other model IFB senator smart VX which was old model without some options and later they changed the link that was given to me to senator smart VX and they are saying that I booked the same model. So be careful while booking any products through flipkart, other wise you will be cheated.
GOOD - Got the machine in time. PATHETIC - Its been a week and even after numerous calls, there is no one to install it. What use is the machine?
