I am a new user (less than a month). Till date the machine is working excellent! Just drop the laundry and forget. Very comfortable to use. I have gone through various reviews on flipkart and was very confused while buying but found the machine worth buying. I can not comment much on after-sales service, but the technician who came to install the machine, forcefully sold us a switch board casting ~1300 that seems un-necessary. Overall experience with the machine is Excellent!
Do not go for it!nSince day 1, my machine's auto start is not functioning and I reported it duly. However, both their local and global service centres are pathetic and careless. The issue has been tossing around ever since and they look too busy to attend to it! Or even reply to my emails. nThe machine is packed with good features but in the absence of strong servicing as the backbone, its useless. nOverall, a very harassing experience :(
Good Machine.but very bad service from ifb people
Regret buying a IFB señorita washing machine.. very irresponsible and pathetic service team; inspite of taking AMC they don't respond to our umpteen nmbr of calls and requests.. after 12days the take the machine to the service center.. always hav problem with the service team..my sincere advice to all..think twice before u take a IFB product
