I have been using this machine for over a month now, thought of writing wat i feel, starting with Flipkart , they delivered the machine in excellent package as usual the best experience they raised the ticket to IFB and ensured that the expert installation has achieved, everything was smooth, On usage, machine performs as expected and no major issues so far, only concern i found is it vibrates a lot during spin cycle, vibration is so high that even with the ifb metal base the machine shifts its position,i have to drag back the machine to its original position on completion, dont know may be the issue with installation .. will have to wait and see, rest it has bluetooth and of no great importance though, just a marketing tool. does its job but i feel it should have been used in betterway
The product is good. But application won't work with all Android phones. It is not working in my Mi Max2. Also I found scratches on the machine
To go for a purchase from flipkart is just disastrous. I first had purchased IFB senorita 6.5 kg from flipkart. It turned out that the machine wasnt working out of the box. And then started the tyranny of pickup and refund. Trust, never ever go for shopping on flipkart for any product's value more than 15k. And if its a large appliance its better to go to a store in neighborhood. You may see a difference of 2k-4k but atleast you can get a chance to hold the collar of a person if things doesnt work out and demand for service. If flipkart, you have to make 25 calls to remind them to pick the unit and total of 30 days for completing the return and refund. The whole purpose of purchasing the product is void if their return and refund policy takes more than 7 days. nnAnd the worst customer service. Basically flipkart is now thinking that if you as a customer is going off their track no issues we have others in the queue. FLIPKART ASSURED/ADVANTAGE is the biggest gimmick of all. Even after purchasing with that tiny green good for nothing emblem you wont get any assurance of correct service. nnSorry Flipkart but you disgusted me as a customer with your worst customer services.
We have been trying to get service for the past 3 months from IFB to no avail. Repeated sms, phone and online tickets were all created and acknowledged but no service personnel ever shows up to fix the problem. Service center people say they have sent, will send immediately, on the way, etc but no service engineer has yet called or reached us to service/repair the unit. FINALLY FED UP! So this washing machine is just sitting idle and we have bought a new samsung. Hopefully their service is better.
