Worst product ever purchased by me, from starting day it sound terribly. The technician was acting more or like a sales man. Instead of solving machine issues, he was more interested in selling machine cover, detergent, trolly and cut out. I suggest to not go for this brand.
I bought IFB 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine so as to give my mother as a Diwali Gift.The product was ordered on 22-Oct-2015 and it got delivered in 2 days to Lucknow which I really appreciate.It was nicely packed and delivered to destination before time.As promised from FLIPKART, we received a ticket number and an Executive was allocated for the Installation and Demo of the product.And next day of product delivery, the person allocated came and gave complete Demo and completed installation.My mother is very happy now.Thank you FLIPKART.
