Product is very good. But the flipkart service is very worst. And customer care executives don't know how to speak with the customers specially senior executives. 2 ratings is for customer support..product is really good..5 ratings for that
The washing machine looks bigger than and felt like I purchased the apt one for the home. Overall i like the performance of the machine and in built programs are impressive. Just got the product yesterday and installation from IFB done today. Looking forward to utilize the machine in day to day life.
Washing machine is ok but flipkart has cancelled free installation & demo without giving any reason.nMachine delivered at Ahmedabad,which is well serviciable location for any company.nNow I have to pay money to get it installed., nUpdate: I managed to get it installed by IFB but as it is not through flipkart I had paid Rs.800 for installation.nFlipkart should reimburse me...🚫
Bought IFB washing machine before 2 days. Good thing is the person came for demo on the same day. He also brought washing machine stand, cover and some cleaning powders to sell. But worst was yet to come. I was in office, while he came for demo and he was threatening my family mentioning the necessity to purchase stand (additional cost Rs. 1350) although we already had one at our house. He can only give demo if we place machine on the stand purchased from him, further mentioning about some warranty lapse, damage to machine if we dont use his product. Although we were reluctant to buy as we already had one, he kept on insisting and arguing, until my wife agreed to purchase. Further more, he did only installation with hardly any explanation of different features (except few). Worst ever post sales experience purchasing IFB product. It would be too early for me to comment on the overall quality of washing machine.
More than Happy to buy it on Dhanterus. I heard that IFB is a good brand in terms of Washing Machine but I found it probably the best brand. Pros: 1. Working silently. Noise is not much. 2. Superior cleaning quality. 3. Smart sense of the machine makes task easiar for novice like me. User friendly interface to operate with. 4. Cost effective as I got the product for Rs. 12600 after exchanging my 5 years old semi automatic LG WM. 5. Installation and Service was very prompt in Narendrapur, Kolkata. Cons. 1. As it washes the cloths very cleanly probably the consumption of the water in the higher Side. 2. Electricity bill needs to be checked. 3. IFB insists to use their liquid detergent for best results. 4. As the washing cycle includes Washing, Rinsing and Spinning the time taking is more. 5. The body of the machine could have been made of ABS plastic in place of metal to make it rust proof.
