IFB top load washing machine not upto the mark compared to my old whirlpool machine. Washing Options more but useless we cannot set minimum timing for tub dry - normally it takes one hour. Consumes more power consumption. Back body and underbody protection plates are very cheap plastic. It will easily brokened by 3 years child. Flipkart delivery good but given 6 months old stock. Tight wrapping cover also not available.
flip cart provided damage product and multiple time requested for replacement but request rejected by flip cart again and again...this is horrible experience with flip cart
I have bought the product and it was delivered by Flipkart in 1day delay of the promise date.The installation date was given as 25th September but no body from IFB turned up .The installation has been done on 3rd October after I have escalated the issue in IFB.The problem is that the authorised service centre from IFB doesn't care about the customer rather they are interested in selling trolly and cover for the washing machine.I have highlighted this to IFB but they have not done anything on this.May be the product is good but it was a horrible experience to get the machine installed.I will suggest all of you think 1000 time before you buy an IFB product .The service is aweful and the technicians are uneducated and do not have courtesy to deal with customer.
There is no doubt of the product performance & it's durability. Only thing we have to be careful with the installation guys, they come with a complete plan to sell the extra accessories marketed by IFB. Inlet filter, Stablizer & Washing liquid all together costing around 3,500/-. If you don't show any interest in buying these extra stuff, Demo will be done with basic information & he would be so quick to conclude the session. By careful with these guys & I suggest we can get this accessories in much cheaper price with better quality.
It's been almost a week since we are waiting for the demo for our new ifb washing machine. No body has come till now. We have already messed up our professional life by taking off specially fr this demo thing, after making d full nd final payment also it seems as if we r begging for d demo and they r giving us unprofessional reasons everyday. Will never ever suggest online shopping to any other specially through flipkart. Infact the demo person told us fr paying him Rs 590 for his visit, which was very shocking to us. As on flipkart it was clearly mentioned as free demo.
