Hi, I installed tv on 17 may within 15-20 days tv is getting issue. Current is passing through the entire parts of the tv like fron and back side and ecah and every bolds and nuts. i tried to replace the tv becas within 20 days im getting issues but they are not at all responding like flipkart and iffalcon they are telling like warranty is there we will resolve that no need issues tv and all i need replacement of this tv

Absolute trash product. I was convinced by all the positive reviews here and online and decided to buy it. Have had issues with wifi disconnecting after 15 minutes or so of use constantly. Flipkart replaced my unit and the issue still continued, except this unit has much more backlight bleed and really bad dirty screen effect. Returning for a refund. Steer clear, if you can't afford a Sony, Samsung or LG, buy a smaller TV.

WARNING: This is going to be a long and detailed review, so please prepare yourselves. Experience from Flipkart and Jeeves: (3.5/5) I ordered the TV on 10th July and. received it on 15th July, was kind of disappointed because everyone in reviews claimed that they received it the next day of ordering, but anyways. It was installed on 16th July (the next day after delivery). Installation guy from jeeves was nice, and he installed it perfectly and very quickly(even installed a photo frame and a settop box stand on asking him for free). Picture Quality: (5/5) Picture quality is really really nice. The colours are very balanced and punchy, looks natural and pleasing, unlike some TV's which are too much oversaturated or dull. Sharpness is very balanced as well and even 720p content looks great. 4K content looks amazing, I played some 4K HDR demo videos amd they were crisp, a lot of details could be seen. I also played Blade Runner 2049 4K HDR movie (it was a whooping 75GB+) and it looked stunning. Dark scenes look amazing, blacks are very deep and we can see details in shadows and dark areas too. YouTube 4K looks great aswell and Netflix 4K also looks wonderful. Settop Box HD content looks beautiful as well (not as good as 4k, but if you watch it from a distance of 7-8 feet+, even settop box HD channels will look good. SD content on the other hand looks a little bad when you compare it with the HD and 4K, but it still looks watchable amd is not really a problem if you watch it from 8 feet+ distance. Compared to other TVs the SD content looks better on this due to the picture upscaling present on this. HDR10 is great as well. Overall this TV's picture quality can be compared to any Samsung, Sony or LG 4K TV under 1.5 lakh. Sound: (4.5/5) It has got 2 speakers with total output of 16 watts which might not sound like a lot on paper, but in reality it is more than sufficient even for a medium sized hall. Speaker is very loud and delivers clear audio. It even has hints of bass in it, which makes the speakers sound really rich, and not tinny. With my settop box at maximum volume, on the TV a volume between 20-30 units is loud enough for casual viewing, though I will still not recommend using this TV without external speakers and a subwoofer if you watch movies. For regular TV series, sports and news, speakers are more than enough. Android OS: (4/5) Android TV on this price range is just incredible. The Android TV interface is smooth and fluid for most of the time except for sometimes when you press home button from some heavy apps, it takes a little time to respond. I installed apps like Terrarium TV, Freeflix HQ, KODI with addons, JioTV and JioCinema on it. All of them work like a charm. They will provode you a lot of content. Overall experience is good but apps in playstore are limited (due to less apps for Android TV) and it kind of lags when opening or closing apps. Chromecast also works like a charm, no lags no buffering and connects to the TV in a jiffy. Awesome experience with Chromecast. Screen mirroring works fine as well, though it's mot as smooth as Chromecast. Smart Remote: (4/5) Smart Remote is just lovely, works like a charm, is very responsive as well. Air mouse is very accurate amd responsive, buttons are click and tactile, provide you a lot of feedback. Microphone works as well, the only issue being that you have to speak a little loudly, otherwise it might not recognize what you're saying. Another problem is the button placement, the Netflix button is placed right below the back button, sometimes in dark I accidentally pressed the Netflix button instead of Back button which became very frustrating, but I guess it'll take some getting used to. Design and Build Quality:(4.5/5) Build Quality is excellent (much better than MiTV4 which is very fragile. It has a silver frame made out of brushed aluminium and not plastic which looks as well as feels great. Build Quality is noce and design looks great aswell. Table Stand and wall Mount are both of really nice quality.

Writing the review after being throughly tourtered by flipkart. Booked the tv on 21st Aug flash sale..tv was delivered on time..23rd Aug. Full points to delivery team however.. subsequent installation by jeeves..was a nightmare..even tough commited by jeeves installation engineer that he will be avl on Friday evening 24th Aug..no body turned up..I was made to wait for whole saturday and after several calls to jeeves technician installation happened on sat late evening. This was the begining of my nightmare...TV worked fine till monday afternoon after which it stopped working. No image on the TV... registered a complaint with flipkart customer care for replacement...and they said technician will visit latest by 31st Aug..but till now..saturday night 1st Sep no body from service team evem after 5 days has contacted me. Meanwhile i have spoken at length to customer care with no positive resolution till date. As a customer i am now stuck after having paid 46000 Rs and a TV that does not work and customer care that does not give any positive response. Any customer thinking of buying IFFALCON 55 inch TV..please consider the above.

After 1 month use the chrome cast issue still persist. I don't know why my chrome cast enabled mobile is not getting connected to TV. Flip cart sending the technician but they also don't have any solutions about this issue.
