I have purchased a brand new Intex Extreme phone just couple of weeks back and i am surprised to see the Quality of the phone. Within 15 days of purchasing the phone, the speaker is no longer working. nnI am unable to use the phone, either i can call people on loudspeaker or not at all. I am really very disappointed and regretting the decision of going with Intex.nnWhen i called customer support, they guys are telling me to go to service center. I am working in an IT industry, how would you expect me to go to service center within core working business hours.nnAfter investing 12K .. what i got is... not even able to take the call.nnA lot of folks advised me to write the reviews on marketing websites so that no one else suffer from this situation.

Intex Aqua Extreme is a best phone. Its stylish look, light weight 13 mp back camera, & the main thing is 32 gb internal memory. Intex has a very best feature of automatic call recording perhaps first company for inbuild call recording. I think in this budget (Rs. 11,500 only) its best phone regarding its features with one year warranty by dealers. I think if you interested to purchase a android mobile then intex is the best choice.

only one thing is wrong with this mobile is that its inbuild battery. for long time if battery problem occurs than its no other chance remaining to purchase the new phone. company should detect this problem & replace the phones.

no major problem, best phone

Bought this phone from some other website. Because they were offering it at a much lower price. When i got the product, the first shocking thing was the battery cannot be removed. and it's sealed with a plastic paper with some intex logo and IMEI numbers.nnSecond shocking thing was that the manufacturer & the seller claim it to have 32 GB Internal Storage space. But the internal Storage space is just 1.1 GB. Not 32 GB as they claim it to be. There is a phone storage which is 32 GB. But it's of no use if you can't install more no. of apps to support it. nnSo advice would be to stay away from this phone. Because once you have bought the phone, there is no way Flipkart or the seller is going to help you out in this. The seller would ask you to visit the service center, since he was not aware of the issue. And you will never ever find a service center of Intex anywhere in India. May be they have opened their Service Centers in USA it seems. nnAnd please note that the seller will only provide a replacement. Not a refund. Waste phone. Don't go for it. The app space is only 1.1 GB. What's the use of 32 GB if you can't install the apps you require. worst phone. Don't go for it. Save your money.

intex aqua xtreme price 11000/- 2 se 3 month main dead ho jata hain, 1 month service center aur aagey intex ka set low price ka aapko diya jata hain ,jaise ki 11000 ke set ki jagah replacement 8200 ka intex aqua xtreme ,agar customer na lena chaye to fir se service center me do, aur 15-20 days ke liye bhool jao,intex ke ASM (mr. deepak) ludhiana reason ke phone uthana jarrori nahi samjte.intex customer center ki taraf se koi feedback nahi milti. intex pe bharosa matlab apni job se holidays lena baar-baar,but result 0.
