when I placed the request for return after that when Technician came he found that the belt was not placed at the washer motor thats why it was not moving. so its funny complaints. although he predicted the reson before opening the wasing machine that was actually Truth.n so I Think Intex Should Take it seriously in Quality check. because it reflects the wrong image of a Brand.nFlipkart role was awesome . They fully supported and care the matter as well as Intex also send the executive on same day within 12 hour of complaint so its Really matters How you Valued your Customers.
