When i used a old CDMA sim the phone didnt connect to network. I was worried but when i tried a brand new cdma sim it workerd. Use new CDMA sim to get it working on this phone. IF ur sim reads ur in luck or else get a new one. decent phone

Phone is not good for cdma use and have issues like network catching, frequent call drop. It takes at-least 30 minutes to catch the network after restarting the phone though signals exists. All customer care phone numbers in hyderabad are not working. Its very bad that their customer support email not working in their website and they are not getting any response from them. The toll free number too not reachable.
Sound quality not good call not clear but ok
service center is not available ....but product is good..
