I ordered this phone and I got in just 2 days but after a week phone's ear speaker stopped working...I called flipkart customer support and request them to replace it..they immediately sent new mobile and I got this mobile in 2 days(on 15th Feb,2014) but again there are many problems in that new mobilenn1. I charged mobile for 30 mins and after 2 mins of call battery came from 84% to 15%nn2. Camera Quality is very bad as compare to my 1st karbonn A27+ (which i ordered 1st.).Ive tried all settings but still same problem.nn3. Headphone's Left ear Speaker sound is low as compare to rightnnFLIPKART...THIS TIME I DON'T WANT TO REPLACE THIS PHONE I NEED MY MONEY BACK..!!!nnAnd all those who are planning to buy this phone, Please Don't waste Your money....

I initially ordered another mobile from Flipkart but was not satisfied with its performance and suspected a manufacturing defect in its camera. On contacting them Flipkart immediately replaced the product. I found that the second one too was not up to the mark, whereupon Flipkart refunded the money. I then picked this Karbonn Smart A27+.nn I am very much satisfied with the mobile. Looks-wise it is an excellent piece and packs an 8 megapixel camera which performs pretty well. It is very responsive to touch as well. At the price it is being offered, the mobile is very reasonably priced. nnI also commend the wonderful customer service rendered by Flipkart. nnI

This release from karbonn is a good one, n1.I recieved This phone in less than 48hrs super fast service form flipkart :)n2.this phone like other phones gets heated up when u r using data on it while chargingnbut that nothing to worry because either u give your mobile some rest during charging or wait for 10 min it becomes normal while use of data n chargingn3.camera quality is good but definitely the 8mp u'll get from samsung or nokian4.processor is normaln5.ram is okn6.battery backup is good ( for more backup install battery saver from play store)n7.the hard screen cover u get is also good nni would advice u all to buy this phone and before installing any other app please do uninstall the useless app that karbonn gives like karbonn live,kingsoft office(use office suite instead),nthey have given some pre-installed games which i was not interested to play so removed them nand if ur phone hangs then go to settings>apps>swipe 2 times to right>close the running apps but make sure u dont close some neccesary one's nat this u'll also see the ram used and left nso enjoy this phone as i am from past six days :)

PROSn1. Phone looks really decent as far design & shape concerned,n2. Good screen 5 inch retina displayn3. 8mp Camera clarity is good which is equals to canvas 2.n4. Comes with latest jelly bean 4.1.2 which means little more user friendly & features compares to previous android versions,n5. Battery backup is also good, gives one day backup on an average use of some calls, games, net etc..n6. Phone works smoothly without any lags playing heavy games or apps.nnCONSn1. Back speaker volume is medium, I wish if it got more volume.n2. No LED light, I personally more like phones with LED light & alerts.n3. Screen guard we get in box is mate screen guard, by it screen quality of looks & touch gets lower than actual, so for better experience of its beautiful retina screen, avoid using this mate screen guard, or one can apply other screen guard from marketnnRest all is perfect with phone, i had used karbonn phone before than this model, it gives good quality, I haven't got any problems technically after using my previous phone for more than 6 months, so technical quality wise karbonn is good, nFor Average users this phone is just PERFECT under budget.

This is one of the best deals under Rs.6500 as of now. I bought it around 1 month ago, and happy with the product.nnLooks are impressive and are much better compared to other smartphones as this price range. Metallic ring on all sides gives it a premium look.nnWhen I booted first time, the phone was super laggy, but just after the first restart it became swift and fast in performance. Te touchscreen is above average, and responds good to multi touch. The stock android works great, and disable all the karbonn applications to make it more 30% faster, they consume too much system memory.nnThe phone is little heavy but, it makes it feel solid in hand. nnCamera is OK, it capture big resolution images but quality is like somewhere between 3 to 5 megapixel of Nokia. It performs below average in low light. nnSpeakers are OK. HD videos plays well. nBrowsing experience is above average.nThere is 2.55 GB of internal storage available for user which is most amazing thing you can expect for such low cost.nnKeyboard is big, simple and spacious, for typing a lot.nnI played games like subway surfer and fruit ninja, they work awesome.nnThe mighty display of 5 inch steals the show, & the high resolution makes it look amazing.nnYou might find my review on average side of everything, but it might be little underwhelmed because I am using HTC & Google Nexus phones from years, so my regular use & expectation is quite heavy. nnFor a general consumer this is a sweetest deal at the price, and I will highly recommend buying it if you are strict on a budget.
