the battery backup is too poor u can hardly use it for 3-4 hours even if your data connection is off,the phone gets heated while charging,i found many problems like there were problems in surfing,i have applied for the replacement but still i have not got the new handset, also there is very low voice while calling,karbonn has good features but i think i got the faulty piece,may be the one i will get after replacement will work as desired & as specified by the company

god mid range fon, using it fr over a year now main prob is low RAM or 512 so it hangs very often battery initially was average, now almost dead cam- above avg quality
