TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS HAVE NOT FULLFILLED. THIS PHONE DOES NOT A MINI SIM PHONE. VIDEO PLAYER DOES NOT SUPPORT MP4 FORMAT. IT ONLY SUPPORTS 3GP FORMAT ONLY. HENCE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE MENTIONED IN FLIPKART IS FALSE. SO BECAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING IN FLIPKART.

Very bad. Though I did not brought K15 from flipcart but I would like share my view on the product. I brought this mobile as it was cheap and mentioning lots of feature. Bur after two weeks automatically the screen display gone bad. Also the microphone system is very bad. You always need to use headphone for better voice clarity. Also the service centres are pathetic. When I went for warranty claim to its service centre in Mumbai (Kaizer Telecom, Vashi Mumbai) as mentioned in the Karbonn Mobile manual list. These guys said they don't service on warrnty. What the hell I spent whole day for looking for service centre and when I reached to service centre I got this reply. When I called the Karbonn customer centre 01146604660, I got very rude reply that to call on 01146604647. I tried many times on this no. many times but no response. Guys though the mobile was cheap but as a breand company the service should be good. However the experiance was very bad. Think before you buy any Karbonn product as the service is pathetic at least in mumbai.

1. Low end product. n2. mobile just fell down from my arm (2 feet distance) - display went bad.. n3. poor build quality. n4. Non compatible Audio - jack in port. (no where you can find!!!)n5. Charging port also unique and you need to carry your charger with you always.

I had some basic requirements. One of them was 3.5 mm audio jack. Product specification says it has 3.5 mm jack but, when i got the product i realized it does not have. It was the first time i was disappointed by Flipkart. Couldn't believe it as i am a regular and frequent user of Flipkart.nI bought this product in August'13 and till now they have not corrected that. I wonder why.nnOther things about the phone are ok, matching with the description given.nOther person has reviewed here that it doesn't have Mini SIM. Of course this phone accepts Mini SIM only not MICRO SIM.nnI am unwillingly giving bad rating because of misleading information.
