I purchased it & found battery problem on first day then sent a return request to flipkart they replaced it but again after 17 days later i found the same problem in another piece of Karbonn Android One Sparkle V. Whenever it reached extreme low battery, it start creating problems to you, it will not switch on even if you charge it for hours & it stops charging in mid automatically, Seems cost is low but quality of product is low. I again sent reutn request to flipkart but they rejected it & neither they refund me nor replaced the item. now i have a cell phone that is off all the time & i can't do anything. This is really ridiculous.nnFlipkart same on you for this kind of bad service.

I have purchased this phone on oct 27. it is feeilng good. easy to use. no file manager is exist that you have to download from olay store. camera is good.

This is the best phone at this price.. Got it frm a local dealer(Singh Brothers @Khirki Ext Malviya Nagar)@6k.looks and feels like Nexus dunno why flipkart is staunchly supporting spice..nCamera is a decent one..,One big steal at throwaway price and it's better than micromax too in looks..GO FOR IT

The product is a very bad product. If you are an average user consider this scenario first,nnFirstly, the phone promises 4GB of Internal memory,nwhen you receive the phone with Kitkat OS, it will have only 2.2GB as available space,nwhen you upgrade it to Lollipop OS, it will have only 1.3GB of available space only!nnSo, 68% of internal memory is totally unusable to you!nnSecondly, the phone promises to be a stock android phone with only google apps installed. However, it is pre-loaded with other third party apps which you would not want at all. Worst thing is, you cannot even uninstall them adding to your storage vows. nnLastly, when I tried expanding the memory with my 8GB external memory card, the apps stopped responding and hung invariably. nnnAll in all, if you want a little bit of genuine advice for a phone, please, stay away from this product and look for another decent configuration mobile phone.
