Guys, I am writing the review for the first time. This product Karbonn Titanium S4 Plus bought from Flipkart was the only one that had disappointed me. I have been a regular customer of flipkart and I never needed to speak with there Customer Service team because I never had any issues. n This time when I bought the Karbonn Titanium S4 Plus, I had to call CS and I had to spend hours to get a refund because of the damaged product. Thankfully I got the refund but this was my last order from flipkart because I think brands like flipkart should always do a quality check when they sell it to their customers.nnI am hoping that some authorities from flipkart is reading this and doing something to improve their customer service.

phone is hanging too much and the problem is not resolving at my level.the phone shuts down and starts automatically in every 15 minutes.

first of all this is the best product from karbonn mobiles in this price range absolutely no doubt.nnnmost of the reviews fed up ur mind i knw for this but believe me it is the best assembled chipset with 1.3 GHZ quad core cpu with 1GB of RAM along with MAli 400-MP GPU for the best graphics. nNow, i would like to share a perfect solution for all hanging problems in this mobile phone.nthis is a software issue. Remember it tht not an android issue or not any hardware.nissue program is COOL LAuncher which is pre-installed in this mobile phone and unable to remove. No problem guyzz..nfollow these steps to remove these hanging issues: (GENUINELY WORK) nn1: first of all turn on ur new mobile and follow all the first install steps of this phone.nn2: Now do not open ur camera or any other app in this mobile.]nn3: go to the menu and open play store. Be sure tht internet thru SIM or WIFI should be connected.nn4: after opening play store create ur gmail id or login if u hav already.nn5: after successful login search GOOGLE NOW LAUNCHER in the play store. (REMEMBER ONLY GOOGLE NOW LAUNCHER NOT ANY OTHER).nn6: download or install it successfully.( DO NOT OPEN ANY APP OR MINIMIZE PLAYSTORE DURING INSTALLATION OR DOWNLOAD)nn7: after successful install press ur mobiles's home button then it will ask for google now launcher select it and on always for set this.nn8. Now go to in settings then Apps there u will see cool now launcher in apps go to it and go to CLEAR APP DATA & thn FORCE STOP & thn DISABLE if available. otherwise just do 2 things in it.nn9: Now never open COOL LAUNCHER ur phone will never hangs and work as best as its specifications has. nnnGenuinley do these things after thm u will enjoy a perfect mobile experience in ur hand.nbecause google now launcher is an official google's launcher so it works best with kitkat interface. Mostlty this launcher always comes with android kitkat always but karbonn titanium s4 plus doesn't hav so u must install it for remove hanging problems. nnni am using this phone since 25 days and i hav the best experience with this.ni am running NFS mostwanted in it and asphault 8 airborne without any lag and hang.nand i know this is enough tht if this phone runs NFS most wanted without any hangs so it is clear tht the hardware assembled in this mobile is superior than other 20 k's mobile phones. nnnThanks with Regards nKrishna Verma (New technology hiker)

I was surprised to find a model with this specs for this price! Quad core + 1 GB Ram + IPS + Kitkat! Was wondering if this was a wrong listing from Flipkart as there is no other site selling this model and there are no earlier reviews either. Used it for 1 day so these are only initial impressions.nThe device comes with Kitkat. Performance is smooth. Touch is quite sensitive. Capacitive buttons, not on screen but they work well though they take up a lot of space on the bezel.nPros -n1) Mighty specs for this price.n2) Build quality is better than I expected. Black out of stock, was doubtful about white but the pearl finish is quite good. Can't expect premium finish but this is better than other 4k devices.n3) Comes with headset while many smartphones at this price tag totally omit it. Plus a free screen guard.nCons -n1) Not exactly a con at this price but the display though IPS is not the best in class. Used Lenovo device in the past which had a better display.n2) One regular sim & one mini sim.n3) Tons of bloatware. Karbonn seems to have installed everything it came across. Have to root it to get rid of them.n4) The volume rocker & power buttons have to be pressed quite hard to make it work.n5) Battery seems to be running out a bit quickly, not too sure if it's a problem as I haven't used it extensively.nnOverall this was way more than I had expected. Just go for it!nnEdit - After using the device for about 2 weeks I can confirm there is a problem with the battery when using Wifi. Turn on the Wifi and the battery level drops drastically in minutes. Not sure if it is a software issue or not but it is a serious problem in my opinion. Luckily I purchased this for my mom who doesn't use Wifi much.nnAlso I did not face any hanging problem since purchase and the performance has been smooth. Just ran Antutu benchmark and stability tests and device performs pretty well for its specs & price.

I bought this as a spare phone after considering specs but unfortunately the one i got failed to deliver. Hangs even with the simplest of tasks e.g. opening an app or gallery. And the phone restarts very often. I have booked for a return hopefully only the piece i received was defective else karbonn has failed to deliver the specs quoted. nnI am giving it one star, once i test the phone compeletely i shall upfate my reviews
