I have always been a staunch admirer of Flipkart products and service but this experience was quite different than the others. The delivery team showed up with the Fridge today as I had scheduled but this is what happened: - Delivery guy called up for address and enquired about availibility of lift. I said NOT to use the lift since its not a maintenance lift and residents are levied heavy fines for using it for moving equipment. Inspite of my warining, delivery guy brought the fridge through the lift. - Surprisingly there was a single delivery guy for delivering a 245 litre fridge whereas at least 2 people are necessary for this job! I saw him literally drag the fridge in a weird way to reach my doorstep. - On closer inspection of the product itself, I could see lot of smudges and grease marks both externally and internally, implying this was probably a used/returned product. I would like to hope this is just a one-off incident and Flipkart will work to quickly resolve the matter. I have paid for the product but awaiting delivery. I still prefer Flipkart over showrooms for all the years of customer satisfaction I have enjoyed from them. Thanks.
Bulb was fused under warranty, but Kelvinator asked me to pay saying that body is not covered under warranty. Besides, its working absolutely fine, no problem faced. Good for a 5 people family
