Post delivery of the product, nobody came to install the product for 6 days. When checked with flipkart customer care they are saying it will take 3 working days to resolve the issue which effectively means that flipkart will not take the TV back because of its 10 day return policy (which is applicable from the date of delivery). If product's electronic socket is not working or the product is having any other issue, who will be responsible. In all pathetic services in respect of installation. Please dont buy this product or purchase it from other website.
1 star-I ordered this Kodak LED TV on 13 june Nd flipkart delivered it on 15. I don't live in a metro city so hats off to Flipkart for its deliveryn2 star-Now, the demo Nd installation guy called me even before it's delivered Nd came to my house on the same day of delivery. He explained me all the functions Nd wall mounted the TV.n3,4,5 star- rest all the stars are for the TV. I think it's a steal. Display was bright and crisp. Colors were vivid, some people would say that TV is slow in response but I didn't felt anything of such sort. TV has 1 GB of Ram Nd 8 GB of ROM. Connected it with my WiFi Nd the quality Nd clearity through YouTube was awesome. I feel it's the best u can get at this price.If u can adjust with 99/100 buy this if u want full 100 go for premium brand. Didn't find any cons yet. Will review after a weeknAfter a week review: used an hd setup box Nd watched india vs Pak final on hd channel. Quality has aswm just loved it definitely recommend everyone to use hd channel and yes, TV does lagg a bit if installed some apps. Definitely recommend for people who are moving from CRT to LED
Speakers problem. In process to change speaker will take a month to change. Yet a good Tv at this price.

I have received a broken led Tv, the installation guys opened the product and concluded that is broken, its been already one month no body came to take the broken led product and flipkart customer care is keep on extending the date on the replacement product. With out receving the product, installantion guys come to my home for installing the led Tv. They internally dont have co ordination among them. And they are taking like they have got message that the product. Is delivered and came for installation. Infact No Tv is delivered,. i have paid one EMI, Flipkart customer care is useless and waste serving, they always simply apologies and do nothing. i have a the proffs including messages sent by flipkart. And i am not gonna leave, will file a case regarding the same. Guys never ever buy anything from flipkart. Specially electronic goods.
