i spoke to the manager regarding led installation.. his name is Uday.. he is the manager of Hyderabad zone. he disconnected my call.. even I tried to contact so many times. but he is not able to provide me exact resolution.. even his voice is too rude... kindly requested to all buyer's don't buy any product from the flipkart.. because they will not give proper Resolutions... Mr Uday shame on you...highly disappointing service by the flipkart. this mail is to gather your attention regarding the problem I have been facing due to the extremely bad service provided by flipkart.
Worst TV I have ever seen. It just lifted my faith on the online shopping. Flipkart is not even returning the product. Don't Buy.
Worst service I had ever expected from Flipkart and Kodak. I ordered Kodak 55 UHD on 15 December 2017 and got my product delivered on 17 December 2017 at 4 pm. I received call from Flipkart engineer on 17 December 2017 around 11am for installation, fow which I confirmed that product is not delivered. After I got delivery,I called engineer for installation on 17 December around 5 pm. As soon he removed the box, he informed us that product is broken and will be replaced by Flipkart as it is dead on arrival. Now I am calling regularly to Flipkart for replacement or return, but getting reply that it will be done by kotak only. Earlier they had given me date of 21 December for technician visit, but as no technician visited or called, Flipkart give me date for 26 December. Please don't buy any Kodak led.
Pros: good quality for the price range, Cons: remote sensor would have place it center for better access
