Will you give my mobile back to me or not? It has been two month, You are taking no step to give back my mobile. I had a issue with a touch functionality(Back key not working and issue in keypad some keys are not working, may be some area are not sensed) in the phone. So i went a service center in tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, I submitted the mobile at WorkOrder date (31-1-2014). and the work order number is 510000537480. I havent received any word until I went to store after 15 days, and they said next week, and the next week they said again next week. Finally they called me today(Mar-1-2014) But they gave me the mobile which was not mine, the model they tried to give me is IRIS 502. And they said that mobile is for replacement. And that mobile had some content already in it, some whatzapp images and nearly 1 hour outgoing call time. How could you give a replacement phone without a box, and no accessories in it, and giving an already used phone? Also The whatzapp data has mostly sexual content, How can you provide this kind of nonsense to a customer? Is it the lava care who did the mistake or the service center guys? and what about my mobile? When will i get it? I want answers for these questions. I believe the lava service will respond to me, Please concern my question and give the answers and also give my phone or a proper replacement.

first of all thanks to flipkart...its very express delivery...just one and half day...i got this good product. lava iris pro 30...this is high end model from indian company of lava...every body thinking about this brand only. just they are thinking is this good product? and long last working ever? so many thinking are raised from their mind..just forget this brand name...lava also future nokia, samsung, htc and etc etc, no doubt about it after i bought this phone...i can tell strongly... then why i gave 4 star? where is balence one star? yes , when i was start 3g net on this phone...i got strugle. net is working...but sudenly got dc..then, i need to restart . again working again got dc...i was confused..customer care people told me...pls use another net work...if u have same problem again, u can go to service center...but no need to go service center again...because, i was use another network, it was working fine...so, i got little confution of this internet browsing. thatswhy i put 4 star only. touch is very smooth. screen brightness is very very good...ogs company glass make brillient colour full screen. gorrilla glass available in this model...when i got this type of screen in samsung, u should pay more then 30k. but, i got it half of this rate from lava. sound quality also nice. vedio is very good... camera quality also very very nice...exelent look... finaly i sugest one matter to flipkart...i cant get flip cover for this model...because, of this is very new model...if future also may not available...how can i safe from dust? i cant to carry any hand bag with me...so, kindly introduce flip cover also from mobile release date...its costly phone...so, flip cover very must...lava company people : pls make flip cover to all model...now a days all mobile are very costly...customers are expecting this ... thankss..

Design: 9/10 The phone is really elegant and the first thing one would notice is its relatively low weight. It weighs 114 grams, which is just a couple of grams more than the iPhone 5. Speaking of the iPhone 5, the front of the phone reminds us of the Apple device and it really is a stunner. The slim profile built around the magnesium alloy frame feels sturdy. The rear of the phone has a removable panel which has a soft touch matte finish. However, it is not black, but a bit brownish and attracts faint fingerprints. Display: 10/10 Power up the phone and you are instantly greeted with an amazingly colorful and vivid display. The HD display panel is from Sharp, and it is absolutely stunning. The brightness levels, the contrast and saturation is very good. The phone also has one of the best viewing angles this side of the iPhones. Performance: 8/10 The phone is powered by the ubiquitous 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor with PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU, which is mostly seen on mobile phones this price range. The phone is really fast and responsive but the stock launcher does lag while scrolling especially in the phone app. It is better to go for any launcher from Play Store like Nova Launcher which makes the phone more snappier. Camera: 8/10 This camera performs best in broad daylight and takes good pics with good contrast and color reproduction. The night shots have comparatively more noise and there is loss of detail. The dual led flash, though powerful can make close shots look too bright. The camera also has color effects, scenes, multi shot, panaroma and other standard settings to keep us happy. Battery: 9/10 It will last for almost 2 days with auto brightness, moderate usage like normal gaming, WiFi, 2G browsing and text/call. Conclusion and rating: 8.8/10 A value for money phone from Lava with a quality design, brilliant display, decent camera and performance. Highly not recommended Brand. Pathetic after sales service by Lava Mobiles and AVS Technologies Pune (Authorized Service center for Lava Mobile).

I was a fan of LAVA, because of my Iris 454 & Service center. I suggested my friend to buy Lava Iris Pro 30 and he bought it. But now, I am looking for some other brand. Because, after purchasing Lava Iris Pro 30, couple of weeks later my friend had a issue with screen flickering, he gave it to service center and they replaced the screen. It was working fine, but again after few days it had a issue with touch. The Top portion of the screen was not recognizing any touch. He again visited to Service Center, this time Lava Replaced the handset and Gave him a new one. He was happy, but again next day he shown me flickering screen Again. The handset's screen is flickering some times and in the night one can see light near the corners & side of the screen, Feather touch keys light is not displayed properly. Build quality of the phone is not good. I also saw some other people also faced same issues. There are many good options in this price range and one should try Moto or Other Good phones. Xolo's build quality is good compared to Lava. Now, I am also looking for other alternatives in the same Range.
