Please dare to buy Xolo at your own risk. Service center has no spare part, not even battery. I am waiting for past 3 months and service center is waiting for the same more than 4 months. Even company's CC executive has no answer. So big No to Xolo

I got my faulty piece replaced but the replaced unit also have the same problem.nand when i requested them give me a refund, flipKart showed their true colour.nThey made me go to the service center and arrange some defect certificate which clearly mentions the phone is faulty. Even after providing them with the defect certificate, they are not ready to replace it.Complete harassment!!!..nDon't know why suddenly the service is becoming pathetic.nNo more buying from flipKart.nnThey don't deserve any stars.

This is a decent phone that offers good value for money. The advantages are obvious with regard to Battery, Screen and Processor.nnSo I'm just gonna to focus on -ve points:n1.) Battery is claimed to be Li-Polymer but when I open Xolo's own battery app, it shows all the technical details like voltage, battery condition etc and show the battery type as "Li-Ion". Its a well known fact that Li-Polymer is better than Li-Ion. Not clear on whats the fact here!n2.) Accessories are totally dumb - the earphones and the cover case provided are totally waste. No proper accessories available in the market so far due to lack of brand recognition by vendors. I believe this is NOT gonna change any time soon....n3.) I dropped the phone from 1 feet height and the glass cracked. The touch and display are working fine, only the glass cracked in few places. I checked with the service centers (only 4 available in Chennai of which 2 didn't answer the phone). They say that the glass cannot be changed separately, it comes only as a total unit along with display and I have to shell out 11,400 Rs for changing that! That's really some nonsense - esp when you are trying to build your brand in a crowded marketplace. Phone itself costs only 19K and they demand 11.4K for a cracked glass pane. Really Sweet....n4.) Full HD videos shutter a bit. You have to install MxPlayer and enable "Software Encoding" to remove the lag.nnPositives:n* 4000mAh battery does it job as advertisedn* Phone recognizes 64GB cards too...

I have received it today, delivery was on time and in good condition, thanks to flipkart and seller. nnfew point abt itnn1 micro sim and 1 is mini sim and 1 micro SD slotnAntutu Benchmark - around 15000 pointsn3D - 1740 pointsnDisplay is very good, speaker sound is good.nAudio and Call quality is goodn1 scratch guard in box is ok, flip cover is just not that ok(have to stick to back of phone)nmain camera is average, front cam is above average. near phones in box are not in ear typenseems good battery - used for 3 hrs with heavy usage with abt 20%. have to check it out with full charge.nafter cache, there is no lag..nMemory 1 GB (internal rom) , 2 GB RAM , available 13 GB internal memorynFM is available (for a review comment)nnoverall its a good buy ... nnEditednoverall as expected .. 3 issuesnn1. Bluetooth headsets have audio disruptions(tried good 2 to 3 devices) n2. ROM gets full with minimal apps (while runtime) , need to adjust/uninstall/clear always n3. cam pics are not that upto the mark
