Got the laptop in good condition, packaging was good and working condition of the laptop after installing windows and all the necessary drivers is absolutely fine, for the cost I spent on. The only thing that rebuked me when the delivery took a bit time than expected delivery date, but apology for a delay was stated in my mail which was a good part from the flipkart team and the item was delivered the next day itself. nFinally overwhelmed with the product, no heating issues and no difficulties faced so far. PRODUCT IS 100% GENUINE.

Firstly i would like to say that the product is available offline at the same price. You would get a free gift with it like a bluetooth speaker if you buy it from outside. nnNow coming to the laptop. It is a very decent product at the price. I have been using it for a month now. Did not show any sign of lag with Windows 10. Initially i faced a little bit of issues as the drivers were not installed but i resolved it some time later. Using the laptop is a breeze. Let's come to the pros and cons of the gadgetnnPros-nn1. It is a Notebook and not Netbook- This laptop is a notebook. It has 500GB of hard disk memory. Netbooks DONOT have a hard disk. nn2. Good value for money- At 20500 the laptop is a neat takeaway. Even if a desktop PC is going to cost almost the same at such specs. nn3. Very good hardware specs- This laptop comes with 4GB of RAM and 500 GB of HDD memory. 128MB of graphics memory (Intel). nn4. Hi-definition Screen- It has a 1366 X 768 pixel HD WLED Backlit TN Glare Flat eDP display. The display is very crisp and clear. Though it is not full HD, it give a pleasant view.nn5. Lenovo Support- The laptop comes with active Lenovo support and so gives a certain peace of mind. nnCONS-nn1. Battery life- It says that the laptop comes with 4 hours of battery life but it truly does not stand up to it. As the power supply is plugged out the battery diminishes pretty quickly. It lasts for a little more than 3 hours.nn2. Camera performance- The camera is 0.3 megapixel but the performance is bad. Video calls are not very clear and lacks clarity. nn3. Touch pad- This may not be an issue but the touch pad sometimes lags and becomes unresponsive. But it was fixed after the drivers were installed. nn4. Weight- At 2.5 Kg the laptop is a tad bit heavy. It may not be an issue to everyone. nnFinally. The laptop is a definite go at the budget if you want something with decent hardware. Gameplay is also nice. I have played games like Asphalt 8 with a sweat.
