They are not giving preinstalled OS. So, I went to a Lenova service centre at Faridabad and paid Rs. 500/- for installing Windows 10. However, within two days after OS installation, there was a problem in booting. It remaining in system diagnosis and restarting. Then we reset the computer. I installed a educational software in the laptop. Upon installation, same problem arose. I went to the service centre again and he will install Windows 7. But all the saved data are lost. So I advice the people to go for a shop and purchase a preinstalled os laptop of same configuration. Though it may cost 500 rs more. But you will be safe.
