I got this laptop for 47k in Lucknow with the standard lenovo bag. It is a combination of good performance and amazing looks. It feels really light too(approx 2 kg). Its REALLY slim. The touch is totally smooth. The Flex option is also good when you are watching a movie,browsing or reading a ebook. The battery backup is really good. I get 4-5 hours on browsing and music. The audio is a huge plus point. The speakers are just too loud without any compromise in the quality. The graphic card is Gt 720m which is pretty descent. Can run games like COD4,FIFA13,F1 2012. However I feel lenovo could have done better. The screen brightness is just not enough. You just cant use your this laptop outside on a sunny day. The plastic space between the keyboard's keys just is a bit weak. The resolution is just ok. Lenovo should have given a option for a full hd screen. Viewing angles aren't good at all. The hinges feels a bit weak, I mean opening and closing the laptop lid is a bit really smooth which might be a problem later. You will have problems while trying to use another O.S.The graphic card's performance is just not enough. It would struggle to play battlefield 3/4, crysis 3 assassin's creed black flag etc. I bought this for my college. Use it for browsing ,CAD, movies , A bit of gaming. Verdict If you are looking for a laptop which would be slim easy to carry around and has the power to take daily use easily, i suggest you go for this. Now If you want to game much and are looking for a laptop at the same price, i suggest you go for the lenovo z500. it has i5, and Gt 740m graphic card ( the 1 gb or 2gb graphic doesnt matter like RAM, it depends on the chipset.. so Gt 740m>gt720m). The z500 is slim, a bit heavier and has power. If you are sure you are not going into gaming at all then i suggest you go for the flex 14 without the nvidia graphics, its Cheaper. Happy to Help!
i have bought this from flipkart at 48k....everything is good but it doesn't feel durable and solid ...plus the keyboard is very soft and fragile...it can break if you press it too hard...Overall a good product at this price.
Pros:nHigh battery backup,Great graphic support, Low radiation, Build in fan controller application for cleaning the internal parts, 270 rotatable display, Good sound comparatively, Low noise from laptop.n[I didn't find any problem with touch screen it's quite good.]nnCons:n-Low build quality (Gaps in between the screen and the machine body also between the touch pad and the machine body)n- Poor screen resolution.n-Overall it looks delicate and heavy. nnMy suggestion : Go for it if you want a latest laptop by means of it's looks because it has rotatable screen and ample battery life.Other than that you have better options in HP at this price range with better screen resolution Ex: HP Envy M6 ( Little high range ).
Ive waited a long time to review this product. On purpose, so that i dont give a wrong judgement Ive used this laptop for 8 months now, and have had minimal issues. The product is genuine and everything described on the listing is what i received. Battery couldve been better
value for money product, excellent pricing atleast 20 - 30 % cheaper when comparing the same product internationally.
