I bought this in offer which cost me 33000/- and i think it was good because not only its performance is good but also it is beautiful one. battery up is better cant say it is best because i charged it for one hour and used three hours continuously. graphics/HD display is awesome and touch is best n gestures too. but using all these features affects battery backup.I recommend this to every college student.
I have been using this model laptop past 10 days. In my point of view it's pretty good laptop.nntouch - goodnkeyboard alignment and Back lid - goodnperformance - goodnBattery back up - goodnTurn on and turn off time - less than 5 secs.nnWeight - 2.7kg it's not 1.9kg as mentioned in the spec.nDisplay is not anti glare.nnAnd WS retailer is good as they way.
Very nice performance and very good display. The only problem is the one of two rubber support at hinges were not stick properly.
1. I bought this Laptop, which was delivered to me on 24th May, 2015. The cost then was approximately 35K INR.n2. This laptop developed defects, for which Lenovo issued me a credit note, which I shared to the Flipkart team on 14th November, 2015, and gave my updated address to schedule the pick up on the same email.n3. The pickup went to my old address and no follow ups happened.n4. I called up the customer care again, on 3rd January, 2016 (Approximately 2 months post the return request was created) I was told it would be resolved in 24 hours.n5. I get a call from the Customer care today, asking me to furnish the original brand box for the laptop, which I do not have. Tell me this, is it even practically possible to retain the original brand box after 9 months of purchase? What kind of stupid rule is this?n6. Additionally, I'm currently a student and I would prefer a replacement. When I asked about this, the customer service agent lied to me and said that the laptop is out of stock. The laptop is available through WSRetail, for 39,300 INR. nIt would have been far easier to get my Laptop replaced from a brick and mortar shop. nMoral of the story: If you are planning to buy a product, which could warrant a replacement, never buy it from Flipkart. They would just make your life hell for just a simple replacement. nnEnough Said.
