Flipkart Delivered the Product in a day.n1.Generally I used have a feel that 2 in 1's are fragile. This one is really sturdy, its not detachable ,but it could be flipped 360*. You could fold it ,have it like a tent ,you flip it anyways you want. This is cooln2.Perfomace is really good ,4g,500 GB,Intel Quad Core Processor 2.16 Ghz. So its not just some entertainment laptop, could be considered as an entry level performance laptop.n3.Has 1 year office 365,MacAfee Subscription. Windows 10 upgradable.
If you don't want to carry a heavy fullsize laptop this is your answer. It's very comfortable to use. Works as charm. I use it for entertainment and to learn a few applications. All perfect. I am writing this review after almost a year after using this product. Recommended.
Ordered this laptop from Flipkart App on 13th oct midnight. That time the price was 27990 and there was one offer of FREE Lenovo Bagpack with this product but when it got delivered on 16th Oct then there was no Bagpack. Since I had received the product so there was no chance of returning then and there, so I accepted it for the time being and called flipkart customer care mentioning this issue. They called me and told that they cannot deliver the Bagpack because it was not mentioned in the order list. I could do nothing then because I had no proof that Bagpack was mentined as free in the App on that day.n When I explored this laptop in the evening then I found it very slow. The look and feel is good but the performance was low. Getting hamg a lot.One more surprise which I got was Win 10 installed on the laptop although in its configuration it is written win 8.1. This was not surprise for me but it created doubt that it might be a used laptop because its white colour was also not very much shining..... I have now requested to return this product, lets see how flipkart helps me with this
Read this just an information… this may help you…nI was a great fan of flipkart because of their professional attitude and customer service. But what happened this time is a shock to me…nI ordered this laptop for my sister on 10-Sep-2015, OrderID: OD003868636570136000, price 29990 INR. I paid the amount through debit card option. Next day (11-Sep), I changed my mind and decided to buy another laptop. So, I cancelled the order. That time the order status was dispatched by supplier (WS Retail). My cancellation was accepted. Then I noticed the same Lenovo Yoga 300 price is dropped by 2000 INR (27990 INR). It was not even 24 hours after my order, and to me it was a good price. So, I called up customer care to know, if I can order the same laptop in reduced price or should I wait till I get back my money. Flipkart assured me to place a new order. So I placed a new order# OD403884315075411000 on 11-Sep & made the full payment. On 15-Sep my sister received a laptop against my cancelled order. I was utterly disappointed.. how can flipkart deliver against the order which is cancelled 5 days back, (and it was a surprised gift for my sister). When I called customer care, they assured me that it’s a mistake from their end and will be picked up the item soon. Also advised me not to open the box.nThe second order was still in confirmed by seller status till I received the first one (sounds like fishy.. ?). But on 16-th, they shipped the next laptop. I was very happy that someone will pick up the old item and the new one is coming soon. Till now nobody neither picked up the item nor contacted us. Whenever, I contacted flipkart they escalated my issue and promising me to resolve in 24 hours. This is the third escalation done. Different people from flipkart is responding different way but nobody has any trace on my previous communications. Today, one lady asked me for the IMEI number of the laptop in order to start the return process. It’s like I am in infinite loop. I sent multiple mail but no response from flipkart. There is no escalation point where I can reach directly. Feeling like trapped and cheated by Flipkart. I live in different country and from here coordinating the whole thing is like a punishment for my trust towards Flipkart..nI know mistake can be done by any company but when there is no corrective actions after repetitive follow up to resolve the problem that they created, then I must say something is going very wrong with flipkart. I am a regular customer of flipkart and never faced such poor customer service before.nWill keep you guys updated…
