Cheating I ordered this laptop instead of this laptop they have send me lenovo ideapad 110 laptop with AMD a6.which looks similar to ideapad 310 Which is far cheaper than this lap top it cost only 21000 This is my first worst experience from flipkart Why cheating like this .we don't except this from flipkart .Before this I trusted flipkart alot
Worst....Worst.....Worst Worst purchase ever. I exchanged my 6yrs old Lenovo Laptop (Core i72630QM, 4Gb Ram, 750GB HDD, 2GB NVIDIA GT555M) for this Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ISK model the exchange discounted me for Rs.10000 on this new laptop. I received my new laptop on 29th May, 2017 and they took my old laptop the same day. I installed the OS on my new laptop and it worked fine for perfect 2 days i.e. tue, wed. Thursday afternoon when I switched on the laptop there was nothing on the screen, totally blank with just power led on and fan spinning apart from that nothing else. I waited thinking that it will get fine and went to my office. I returned at night 1:30a.m. (Fri) and tried to switch it on again , but nothing . Finally I contacted the service desk hoping that they might help. I explained them the problem and they said they will send an engineer , who after checking the machine will try to solve your problem. I asked them what if the problem persist, will I get my refund because it was an exchange. The service desk replied yes you will have the refund of payment in your bank account and the 10,000 rupees of exchange in your flipkart wallet which you can transfer to your bank account. They said that the technical team of lenovo will get in touch with you first. I was agreed by him. There after till Monday there was no reply from Technical team. Tue afternoon I received a call from flipkart personnel that anyone from Lenovo Technical team contacted you or not. I said, no one.They asked me to be patient and at 4:00p.m, i received a call. He was a Lenovo Technical team member and asked me about the problem, after all the explanation, he said he'll send a technician at my home location and he'll try to resolve it. The technician came to my place and checked the laptop. He asked that he'll have to disassemble the laptop to diagnose the problem. I refused and asked the probable cause of the problem, he replied it might be the motherboard. I said just don't do anything replace with a new one or refund my money. He escalated to lenovo team. The same afternoon at 3:30p.m I received call from flipkart asking whether technician visited or not. I replied and asked for refund, he said yes your money will be refunded but the catch was, the money of exchange (10,000) which was to be credited in my flipkart wallet couldn't be transferred to my bank account. I was angry and said your representative from service desk said that you can transfer that money to wallet but now it's something different. He said the policies are like this and asked me to read the flipkart wallet policies. I said refund all my money and take away your machine. Same evening I received email from Lenovo service team that you can take your machine to dealer and get a new one. I tried contacting the team to get the dealer's address but nobody received the call. I tried to google the address of the seller on the Flipkart's box but there is no place or location named "TechConnect retail pvt. ltd. 42/1 43, KACHERAKANAHALLIVILLAGE,, JADIGENAHALLI HOBLI, HOSKOTE TALUK,, Bengaluru, Karnataka, INDIA - 560067".Finally, with all those feelings of being cheated I tried to reach out the "flipkart wallet policies" on google that shows 404 page Not found. Hell... I was a regular buyer of Flipkart, and this level of cheat wasn't expected. This is ridiculous. Mr. Bansal if you are reading this, then let me tell you with such kind of service you are sure to fail everywhere. Don't buy expensive item especially laptops from flipkart.Worst..... I am stuck with this flipkart. Tomorrow, Thu 8 jun they have scheduled the pickup of the machine. My 10,000 rupees get stucks in Flipkart wallet. I am bound to use this money within a year and i cannot transfer it to my bank account. Nicely done Flipkart.. . Heads as well as Tail , all yours.. Excellent level of cheating. Pro stuff Cheating. Keep up the good work and you will end up having nice brass locks hanging out at your office doors ......congo........ I don't even want to give that one star rating...
Seeing the bad reviews, you might misjudge this laptop, so here is the review. Specifications of this Laptop are: i7-6500u Dolby Atmos Speakers (Great Sound Quality) 8GB DDR4 GT 920MX a/b/g/n/ac WiFi 1TB SSD AntiDust Fan 1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 1GBPS Ethernet LAN VGA and HDMI PORT Full HD IPS Display, with good VIEWING angles My Review: 1. The HighSpeed RAM DDR4 actually packs a lot of performance compare to DDR3 2. It's 2 Core, i7 processor, nevertheless, performance is quite good. 3. With Exchange and Flipkart Summer Offer, I got this Laptop for 36k, so it was the best DEAL for me! 4. The build is complete plastic, but the finishing is quite great. 5. It packs a 2GB 920MX, with complete NVIDIA Graphic Boost Service. 6. SDD performance by TOSHIBA, is good and can go above 50MB/s. 7. It's a DOS Laptop so you will end up wasting a bunch of time installing OS. 8. USE only WINDOWS 10, as the LENOVO WEBSITE DRIVERS, will give perfect support for it. 9. The Keyboard is good it doesn't has backlight, but the capslock and numlock key lights up. 10. Dedicated Num-Pad. 11. The Key Position will make for some users difficult to use laptop on first try but well you will end up suiting to it. 12. Enter FN+F12 to boot to install OS. The KEYPAD has been customized. 13. Comes with a DISK Drive and it has a dedicated light for chargiing and power on. 14. Due To 25nm Graphic Card, the battery performance might kill you somewhere, but on average usage battery lasts for 15. Lenovo On-Site Warranty. 16. Delivery was quick, quite 1 DAY BEFORE. 17. Using Adobe Premiere and After Effects, The CUDA CORES Helps like havoc! 18. Since, the day I purchased this laptop, didn't felt guilty at all! 19. Games works perfectly, check GAME-DEBATE, what games this graphic and cpu can accept. 20. Some games will end up using INTEL GPU, you can customize that in the Graphic Card Control MENU. Must Buy! Got the awesome product exactly same configuration what they have mentioned in detail. working superb with windows 10 definetely go for this.
product was amzing but flipkart was third class -Display: 8/10 - diplsy is FHD 1920x1020 - Clear Visible only from Infront. -Processor:- 9/10 - core i7- 2.50Ghz (no over clock). -Performance:- 8/10 - overall as per my expectation. -Build Material:- 5/10 laptop cover is not good. -Keypad:- 6/10 (Right shift key location not comfortable) -Mouse Track pad: 5/10. -Battery Backup - 8/10 average, i am getting 3.5 Hrs Non-removable Battery. -Lagging : 10/10 no lagging during web surfing, video, game. -Heating : 9/10, minor heating but not noticeable level. -Ram: 8GB DDR4. -Webcam: -9/10. -Wifi:- 10/10. -USB 3.0: 8/10. (Only one USB 3.0 port) -DVD writer: 10/10. -Storage: 8/10, 1TB, 5400RPM. -No Driver CD/DVD Provided and also no driver available for Windows 7 & 8 in lenovo support website.
