This rating and review is purely for the customer care support of Flipkart. For the laptop, I give 4 star.nnThe laptop price was inclusive of 3 offers, one of which was 2 years extended warranty, which could be availed at lenovopromo.net. But later it was found on the lenovo website that the extended warranty offer was not valid on this laptop series.Then, when I ask Flipkart to provide me the extended warranty, they stop providing support.nnAt first, Flipkart provides false offers on the products and later when the user purchases, the page is updated and no proper support is provided. There is no reply to the user's queries after sometime.nnThis was never expected from an e-commerce giant like Flipkart. I don't think I'll make any other purchase from this website. This is clearly a cyber fraud. It was a big mistake purchasing a laptop from Flipkart.nnA word for my fellow Flipkart customers, don't rely on the offers provided by Flipkart. Make sure you verify before purchasing, as they can be false. Trust me, I've seen them removing and applying the same False Offer, 3-4 times on the same day !nAnd never expect any support from their customer service. Mostly they are ignorant to your mails, rest of the times, they reply with '...you are our valuable customer...we appreciate your patience...kindly wait for 3-5 more days...'.
Having used this so far, I can say that this is the best laptop within this price range. nPros:n-Even though the build is mostly plastic but it has metal on the palm rest area and gives really good feeling to hold the laptop.n-6th gen i5 processor coupled with 8GB RAM and GT920M performance is awesome.n-14' 1080p matt screen is really good for photo editing.n-As of now, even while video editing heat is not too much. nCons:n-The screen flex gives some insecurity about the sturdiness of the laptop.n-The screen wobbles too much while typing (maybe that is only in my unit. Need to get the laptop to the service center to get that fixed.)n-1TB 5400RPM harddisk is the major bottleneck on the performance side. Will replace it with a SSD as soon as possible.n-The 8GB RAM stick is DDR3 1600 Mhz..could have been better if it was DDR4 2133 MHz.(But again that is too much too much to ask for for the price of the laptop). nIn conclusion, if you want a very portable, light weight, powerful laptop without playing much demanding games then this is the best laptop to go for within this price range.nAlso it is only available in flipkart as of now.. Even lenovo showrooms has it available.
very light weight machine. performance wise good enough for a workstation. not very heavy duty graphics but decent for photoshopping.nOne problem though. comes with windows 10 SL edition and a lot of lenevo junk. clean installing is a pain. cause u'll have to first create a uefi on gtp bootable drive to boot it into installer. same goes for dual booting.
This is an amazing laptop. I ordered this a week back.. This has the latest 6th gen processsor from Intel which is lightning fast. 8 GB ram so I never have to worry about hanging issues, graphic card is good enough to play most high end games. I have used a lenovo laptop before also and have always liked their service and products.
It got everything that i need and at right price... ...don't think buy it..!!! ....nnGO FOR IT
