i get this product in just 2 days.The product is really good as expected from lenovo.I bought this product ex exchange offer and i pay only 33090 rupees only.I am not writing more positive response regarding this product because you people get lots of positive response.nnI just want to convey you all Flipcart must change its delivery partner .I face lots of problem with delivery boy.nAs i bought this product in exchange offer , the delivery boy don't give me the acknowledgement receipt of my product.he didn't bring the acknowledgement form with himself.I have given him my product , he just check and he say theat everything is okay.After he takes my old laptop and gives me the new one.nnLater in night at 9 PM he call me and ask me sir what is the password of your laptop.I just tell me is Flipcart gives you the authority to play with anyone exchanged laptop.I told him my password but it socked me.later i warned him i'll do a case against e-kart in consumer forum.nnSo i am happy with the product giving 5 * but for e-kart i am giving nothing.
Product was all crab/useless and its took more than 10 days to replace it even after hundred times to call you. Your logistics company sucks. I would never going to buy any product from Flipkart anymore in future. It was first and will be lasr. You guys are insensitive and irresponsible and never appreciate Customer precious time.
Have used this lappy for couple of days now Pros:- 1.Pretty Slim hence light weight. 2.Matte black color looks premium. 3.Touchscreen response is pretty good. 4. 14 inch screen size is ok, although for a 2 in 1 laptop 13.3 inch screen size or below would have been better 5.Battery Backup is impressive 6.The adapter is also light and it supports fast charging. 7.Windows 10 works like charm, no lagging as of now(havent done any gaming though) Cons: 1.The keypad is just about ok for me not quite impressive. This is not a huge problem, so overall quite a good Laptop considering the price at which its available.
Laptop has a really good build quality.nReceived it within 5 days.nnAt the time of placing the order laptop price was 42,990, Exchanged my old Asus laptop which gave me 10000 off, paid by credit card which also gave me a discount of 1500 more so by the end of the day the price was slashed to ₹31,590 (which i think is a great deal) also, the laptop had an one more offer applicable as "Lenovo Back To School" offer (which is quite misleading actually and I'll tell you why) the deal says in 499 you will get 1 tb hdd + 2 years extended warranty but in reality the HDD offer is not applicable upon this model and when you'll read the terms and conditions you'll be able to see it.nnAll in all this machine is good display is crisp and touch is working really fine. The only issue I had so far is that the USB 3.0 is not connecting my Toshiba 3.0 usb.. I called upon the support but they were closed on sunday I think its a technical issue or may be windows 10 issue because i read about it on google.
It is good but plz put some discount on it.
