CONS: VERY VERY SLOW takes minm 10 sec to open a tab or file aftr clicking. many tyms error comes unable to process ur request.n EVEN 480P VIDEO LAGS forget about 720P as u cant watch 720 or more.n MOUSE POINTER STUCKS USUALLY only option have to restart the system.n EXPERIENCING WORST EVER AFTR SALE SERVICE BY FLIPKART.n they are not listning while trying to return this crap. contacted 5 tymes to flipkart customer care and all tyme they are telling differnt stories. aftr purchasing 100 times it is my first chance to contact flipkart customer care and i m cursing myself for buying this.nPROS: Looks beautiful. It is too slow...even the mail doesn't open. Not even worth a penny. MS Office also not available. I regret having bought this product by just looking at the price.

Guys, nI have ordered for this laptop on Sunday and I got by Flipkart on Tuesday...very nice delivery in a very safe packing...speed is good...looks is very professional...lot of worth as per its price...no any other laptop is as good as it is in this price limit... keyboard keys are very soft which i really like and the screen glass is amazing..your eyes will never as long as you work on it.. very very nice laptop for everyday use within this price limit. I know MS office is not activated in it. But think, you will not get everything in 20K price. You can download MS office from torrent which is also original..not a big deal now a days...such professional look of laptop with windows 8.1 without any softwares..is more than enough within 20K range which flipkart is offering. I would say this is one of the best laptop by lenevo within 20 to 24K bracket. Audio sound is superb as it has Dolby quality. what else you need in this price??n nThank you flipkart for such a nice laptop within this price. Keep it up...
