As per the given specifications this laptop doesn't have an optical drive, while the displayed picture shows an optical drive. Please check for such inconsistencies going forward, such errors spoils the trust and buyer loses the buying urge.
One star only for quick delivery! Three year extended warranty is not valid for this product Flipkart is laying about this offer it is not valid for all B series laptop I have registered for the same and got written reply from Lenovo. As mentioned on Flipkart website this product does not have any optical drive but what I recieved has one so it is not the right product which Flipkart is delivering. Lenovo installed the windows 8.1 corrupted version which never updates constantly giving the same error. Keyboard is very cheap looking sounding like anything while typing. Called and written Flipkart and Lenovo many times and no one is in the position to give any resolution or refund. I want my money back so don't spent yours on this. I was using dell Inspiron since 5 years my experience with dell is awesome so I will rather recommend dell. And for God sake never exchange your dell product for any Lenovo product as I have done the biggest mistake.
hello folks please donn buy this laptop...its a dissaster....i purchased this lappy with lot of expections...but lenovo really dissopointed me..with low quality cheap plastic material...u feel lik keyboad will cme out while using it...mouse response is nt at all good...specs wise gud but built quality is nt at good...u feel lik sme damn 15k chinese laptop...donn get tempted by flipcarts offer of 3 yrs extended warranty,..its still nt activated fr me...the next minute i opened shipment frm flipcart..i requested fr return policy..but flipcart dinn entertain my request..it simply neglected my request of return and never responded to my query...ultimatlty i ended up looser...flipcart assoles showed their true colour...folks its my sicere request think 10 times while purchasing online portal...im even thinking to move legally as flipcart has left no option..
Firstly I must congratulate Lenovo on this amazing product! Never expected to get a tru FHD in a Ci3 based machine at this price point!!!!! 10/10 to Flipkart for the amazing delivery and the flawless experience! Now coming to the machine: Pros: 1. Amazing viewing angle and screen... FHD is truly good 2. Fast enough and there is no lag as of now. 3. Finger print reader is an added security and I am liking it. 4. Pre-loaded no frills attached Windows 8.1. You just start using this laptop from the word go! 5. Slim built and looks sturdier than my previous Dell Inspiron. Also the machine is lighter than my Inspiron Cons: 1. Battery life is just 4 hours. Maybe because of heavy usage Rest am happy with the laptop. and once again thanks for the FHD screen my movie viewing experience has just gone up!!!
Nice product , value for money and Lenovo has good availability of spares . Free carry bag is also value addition .
