We have purchased new laptop Lenovo B40-70 notebook from Flipkart online shopping few days ago. Flipkart delivered by duplicate products/faulty machine, laptop screen is damage, White dot/point coming on the laptop screen. HD Webcam picture quality is very poor/when on this camera, camera screen showing graffito. Software issue system hanging again and again, keyboard mouse is not working, overall performance is not good/very bad with new laptop.n nI am very shocked, with my new laptop and facing issues with new product nWe have raise return request replacement ticket since four days on 22th June, but there are no any response he asked only will call you back with an update in the next 24 hours and make sure that your issue is resolved at the earliest. again and again ………………but issues is not solved replacement product not received……………….. nnWe have first times purchased with Flipkart Lenovo-laptop but very bad experience this product and servicesn nnI hope with Flipkart team nnPlease deliver/replacement new product laptop at the earliest ...............and pickup faulty /duplicate laptop.............. nThanks & Regards
My more than old Dell Inspirion 3521 with similar specs seems a better buy even after over a year and a half. I bought this one for my Son who's a student. Will now probably will give him Dell as he is prefers that machine. Further comments hopefully will be added hopefully after using it for a month. Listed below are a few pros and cons. nnPros:n1) Awesome FHD screenn2) It's actually a thinkpad for Business use (As told to me by Lenovo Guys)n3) Not mentioned on the buying page, but it has 2 years extended warranty absolutely free.nnCons:n1) Tacky keypad and a not very good trackpad.n2)Manufacturing Date as mentioned on the Machine 15/03/08 (So it seems like a old machine with new processors built inside)n3) Despite the size being small, it really is not a light machine
Built Quality is good:nSlim yet heavynFHD screen is awesome.nI have used the product for one day and its amazing..nNo heating.. no issues I faced..
Very effective for day to day use....nPros:nFull HD screen is very vibrantnlooksngood speed for browsing, office work and software handling( I am not a gamer)nbattery lifenBluetooth,wifi,usb,hdmi,fingerprint scanner,dvd drive and everything works very smoothlyn3 years extended onsite warranty!!! (yeah thats right) absolutely freenCons:nNothing at all sometimes I think that the key board may have back lit :-) Thats bcoz we r human and our desire doesnt end :-)nngo for it u can be wrong at this price point.
