I have purchased this laptop on urgent project basis. But Within 2 days of purchase, displayed black blank screen after Login. Not able to use the laptop. Dont buy any item from flipkart. They are fooling the people saying 30 days replacement warranty. I am big fan of flipkart upto now. With the problem I have, I should get a new replacement product from flipkart as it is only after 2 days. But laptop team from flipkart(does have zero knowledge on laptop model wise) called me and follow some steps which will not workout for this model of Laptop. Atlast laptop team from Lenovo called me and resolved the problem. It took 10 days to complete all this process. This 10 days delay ruined my project work. who will be responsible for the loss which I had? Instead flipkart team would have replaced the product. I will not be buying any products from flipkart in future.

Definitely a Value Buy and has some good configuration compared to other leading brands for the same price range. Purchased 3 Laptops recently through Flipkart and as always well packed and good delivery. nHad called up Lenovo after seeing few reviews on warranty and so got to know that for this model, WS-Retail is authorized dealer so we can buy from them and Warranty is there. nSome Good features available and which are not mentioned in the specs: n- 1 x Security Lock (Kensington Lock)n- 1 x VGA Port for Projector n- 1 x HDMI Port n- 1 x Fingerprint Readern- 15.6" Lenovo Laptop Bag nAt this price would not get a good laptop 14" for business use. So for an Startup and SME it is perfect and not like some of the entertainment laptops which are bulky at 15.6". nPrior to this had also purchased 3 Compaq Laptops from Flipkart last Dec 2014. Overall as always quite happy purchasing from Flipkart. Service rocks. nnOn starting up, it prompts whether to upgrade to Windows10, on stating yes, in background downloaded, later the Windows 10 upgrade went through smoothly. nShould say thanks to Flipkart & Lenovo got a Free Lenovo Bag and laptop looks formal. nnWill post more once they are being used.nn21 Mar 2016 - UpdatenAs promised earlier, writing the update. Team's been using the 3 laptops since we bought. So far no complains, working smooth, quite durable. In comparison to this the Compaq laptops the benzel cracked as the Kensington keylock very close to power port. The Dell's webought are very large (15.6").nnSo hands down I am for Lenovo and this model in particular. As usual value buy and it is mostly out of stock. Speaks for the product.
i m not a technical person but can say it nice laptop with good specification at affordable price, can say a bugdet laptop, i3 processor, 4 gb ram, 1tb hardisk, windows 8.1 genune,and many more....what a person needs els for a basic home use laptop...ni got this mahcine at rs 26490 in big app shopping days 23-25 june,
RPM is 1600 only. Saalo ne 15.6 inch dikha k 14 inch bhej diya. I took it during the app sale. Disgusted with the fraud and the poor quality Customer support. No Intention at all to help or solve the issue. Rather, they are worried about closing the case somehow which I have raised.nnI at-least had faith in WS Retail. But they aren't worth it.
