i had ordered this laptop but i don't know why these flipkart people cancelled my product without my acknowledgment ..this is really unfair from flipkart
I purchased this laptop in Late December 2015. The specification says that battery life is 7 hours, but practically it gives 1.5-2 hrs under normal use. After a few days, the battery was showing 12% wear and rapidly discharging even when switched off. nnSince there was only 10 day replacement guarantee, I could not use that. 10 days replacement is an absolute joke. All the battery problems are diagnosed after that.nnI complained to Lenovo about the issue. Since there is 1 year onsite warranty with this laptop, I expected them to send a technician. However, they only do remote assist. I went to the local service centre but they did absolutely nothing and retained my laptop for a week. nnAfter again complaining to Lenovo, they ask me to perform complicated diagnosis of the laptop, but do not send a technician to do so.nnI have been a loyal Lenovo customer in the past, but not anymore. I do not recommend buying Lenovo laptops, that too from such sellers.
