I brought thie laptop from flipkart. Just after 1 month its mother board completely dead. I given it to local authorized service center and 10 days left, still not got it back. So very poor customer service. nnAbout the performance, it was good, very low heat, no noise, very good battery life and very good performance with core i3 processor. The keyboard was excellent but the touch pad not up to the standard. So totally product performance really good but i'm not satisfied with its component's quality and customer service.
For those who can't accept anything less than perfect, this is the go. Buy for it's keyboard for it's almost impossible to find a better one. Processing is decent, screen is painless to view at though it may not be exceptional in producing colors. Touch pad and Think-Pointer are delight to use. Lid is matte finished. Whole range of ports is available. Graphics is one concern. But ThinkPads are made for performance and not graphics. For those who need a light and elegant(as elegant as a Mac) which can perform all the basic tasks (personal and office) this is the final hunt. If you have any qualms regarding Core i3, going for a similar model with Core i5 isn't bad option though this is just fine. Windows experience - 4.4 (lowest for aero experience) and rest are >5.5.
