first of all, elsewhere I see that this laptop has only 2GB RAM, which makes it of very limited use in today's time when 4-8GB RAM is commonly required. But the specification here on flipkart says it has 4GB RAM. I wonder if that is correct. I placed an order for this laptop and I made full payment in advance. Next day itself the order status changed to "packed" but then it was never dispatched. Flipkart claims this is usually delivered in 4-5 days, but when it was not delivered to me in 4 days, I inquired why it has not been dispatched and in response I was told that the seller cannot complete this delivery, hence my money is being refunded. I feel cheated and disappointed because I trusted flipkart and hence placed the order on flipkart even though it was expensive than other websites. But now I have to wait for long to get the laptop as I have to start all over again.
