Disappointing service from Lenovo and Flipkart

1. Wrong product delivered : Flipkart should learn to match the order. nThe product which is in the picture and received and not same. But since i was focused on configuration i did not create a return.nn2. Laptop was not supporting installation : Called Lenovo helpdesk but they could not trouble shoot and asked me to take it service station which is not the right approach.nn3. Return/Raplacement rejected : My battery had issue and laptop was switching off so requested for replacement but rejected and received calls from Flipkart and Lenovo but resolution given was if it continues we will replace which should ideally be a site visit.nnWorst of the experience :nIm an ex employee of Flipkart and software engineer by profession.nnNote : If there is an issue just create return under defective product and get replaced or refund straightaway.

Mindblowing purchase

Its a good entry level laptop with decent specs, and will serve you well if youre aiming to play some med-Graphics games and editing videos or just doing work on it.nPros :n1. Battery lasts for about 4-5hrs of normal work.n2.The smart chipset enables and disables the onboard graphics card ,as per program requirements, thereby enhancing battery life.n3.Memory expandable upto 16gb.n4.No bloatware installed.Any OS cam be installed easily over the FreeDos.n5.Wifi network works beautifully.n6.Speakers are excellent with Dolby Advanced Audio.n7.No heating issues.nCons:n1.Touchpad does not have scroll functionality, quite cumbersome without a mouse.n2.If youre installing linux, most of the drivers will fail.Battery management not so good on linux.n3.Virtualization is a no go.Too much lag.n4.1920x1080p resolution should have been provided.n5.No turbo boost Available for the processor.nGaming:nMost games upto 2013 should work on med-high settings.nCrysis2,Mass Effect3,Battlefield 4,Battlefield3,Dota2,Warface,CS,Tomb Raider, etc.nOverall this laptop is one of the best in the 30-40k range.
