I bought Lenovo G G50-80 80E502Q8IH Core i3 (5th Gen) - (4 GB DDR3/1 TB HDD/Free DOS) Notebook from Flipcart. On receiving the product I noticed that Notebook is having problem of not getting recharged beyond 59%. I requested return of the product within 3 days of delivery. Then I contacted Lenevo support they told me to install energy management driver and set battery configuration to remove conservation. After installing the driver problem was solved. Driver was downloaded from Lenevo website as this is not provided in the driver CD.

Excellent laptop. This lad has all the things required for day to day experience. The performance of this laptop is unbeatable in this price range. I've read in some reviews that people don't like the display. In this range u cannot expect Lenovo to give you a HD display..for that i would suggest u to buy the G-series.

Specs are good. Overall build quality is OK. Screen is the best i have seen so far in laptops (but has a Blue color prominence). Battery lasts more than 3hrs with continuous browsing and video calling.Need a RAM Upgrade to churn out maximum output of the system.Not Good for multitasking.

I purchased this item on 2nd jan received on 8th jan thanks to flipkart. I found that on connecting the charger the battery is not charging. I contacted flipkart immediately to resolve the issue and demanded to replace the item, and they have assured that. The lenovo contacted me through remote access they have checked and found out the chraging is with the item they sold. thay also told me to replace the item. Afterwards I contacted them and there was no response from them. I contacted flipkart again and they again assured that they will either replace or refund my money.They assured me to resolve the item within 30th Jan.Then a service engineer from lenovo came and took the item with him to resolve the issue(I told him I will only receive a replaced new one).Afterwards on 6th feb lenovo called and told me they will replace the item and they found out that the problem is with battery, I refused ther offer and I told I will accept a brand new replaced one only. I also informed this to flipkart and they assured me through mail resolve the issue within 12th Feb.(they are only assuring and doing nothing,they have already done this thrice in the case of this item itself). I have been very much satified customer of flipkart for past two and half years and it seems like I am not going buy anything from there.

Product is good and runs very fast. But sometimes mouse creates problems. Mouse is hyper sensitive and it work like sensor. Presently i am using i5 computer desktop at my office, and my laptop is only i3 version, but it performs very fast as compared to my desktop computer i5 version.
