i am suggesting every one not to buy it...nearly it created a problem 5 times within 2 months ...still not getting wi-fi due to hardware problem.That to lenovo service will be the most delayed service i ever found , even if you get arepair..

Its a very good product under 40k...today i purchased this one at local lenovo exclusive shop and i am very glade to have this product. All features of this product is good included .....4gb Ram 500 gb hd ci3 processor(run very smoothly and fast) 2gv nvidia (enough for heavy games) 4 cell li battery with 3 hours backup 15.6 hd led wxga screen(screen quality is average....its not a led backlit display...but color contrast are good to see...anyway in this budget its perfect for play movies videos n games) Those guys who want to purchase a laptop under 40k...must go for it...its a very good entertainer product.

I purchased this product on 12-10-2013. This is the first time I am buying a Lenovo laptop. Within 7 months of purchase all the screws of this laptop started coming out one by one to my surprise, wherein I handle it very nicely and carefully and I rarely travel with it. I contacted the support center and informed them of the happening and requested them to send a tech to fix it since I was still having the 1 year on-site warranty. But this guy blatantly denied me service. On insisting he took a complain and gave me a complain id and told that a tech would be there in 3 days. 7days later when no tech arrives I call up again and come to know that the complain id doesn't exist. I Request them again to take a fresh complain but this time the guy says we cannot send someone just to place screws. My laptop is on the verge of breaking apart into two pieces yet did not get any help. Please avoid this product or at best Lenovo itself. Go for Dell instead. They have a very nice after sales service.

I am using this laptop since 1 year...its amazing. I am completely satisfied with its performance. Great laptop with nice price.

the only cons about this laptop is that dey will not provide you original window cd and due to this whenever your window corrupts and also the one key recovery , then you cannot repaired at service centre freely even under warranty and in that they will charge you more than 2000 bucks..one more thing they provide onsite warranty but will not send their engineer instant .
