Well i purchased this laptop from flipkart on feb-10-2014...It came with ms dos however i installed win 7....since this laptop came with driver cd it was not difficult to find the required drivers...The product was deliverd on the promised date.... However the laptop was working fine till yesterday,but all of a sudden it went blank,no lights......no matter how many times i tried switching it on no use...So i called lenovo service center spoke to the customer care staff abt ma problem...customer care staff suggested that i lodge a complaint and the service technician would come to my place for servicing,i did that...Today morning i got a call from technician abt the appointment..he came by aternoon and replaced the motherboard.Now the laptop works like a charm...Lenovo people dint charge me anything since the laptop is still under warranty...
Product received without bag. delivery time too long.
