Don't buy this Laptop..I bought this product ,once started using this product I came to know the below issues - System was very slow - Getting switched off while working After that I asked for replacement from flipkart,they were not ready to do so. Later on I went to Lenovo service centre and they replaced HDD.Now system is ok,but still system is very slow compare to other laptops.This can be suitable only for browsing.. Don't go for this product and also I would recommend walk-in to shop and purchase instead of online.
I bought this laptop oct 2013 , after installing windows 8 because it comes with only DOS the performance is very slow,it takes 3 secs even for right click function. It never works properly even for firefox browser. LENOVO SERVICE CENTERS ALSO WORKING IRRESPONSIBLY. THEY TAKE MORE THAN 1 MONTH FOR ANY SERVICES. THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE BY ELABORATING TIME OF THE SERVICE PERIOD.
I have no complaint regarding the product.. The laptop is one of the best in the class. The only thing I did not liked that that the product does not have the Driver CD nor the Windows CD despite WIN 8 pre-installed.
I received my Lenovo promptly through 'flipcart', and got to work. Everyone was excited at home after I went through the remarkable features: the display, the speed of performance, the inherent sturdiness, and the vast power, capacity and memory!! Everyone wanted one for themselves, but I reluctantly had to part with it after having used it for a week, as I had promised it for my 12 year old son, once he performed well in school. He used it for another week, very excited, and in his words, "yakeen nahi aata!!!" (I can't believe it!!!). A few more days at gaming and downloading (you know how kids are nowadays), and the laptop stalled. He obviously was saddened, shaken, by the experience, and didn't find the nerve to face me... His uncle, who knows a bit about computers, finally put in Windows7, but he is not happy. The machine is as strong as an ox, but obviously he did something wrong with the software to invite this gloom for himself. I wonder if someone could put all those wonderful features back again, to bring back the smile on his face??? Otherwise, it's okay, and he will survive. I personally want to thank Lenovo for their excellent products, and Flipkart for their caring ways, and prompt service. I will definitely recommend Lenovo and Flipkart to everyone, as two very genuine enterprises, worthy of dealing with...
A decent laptop to have not so great and not worst you could say 60-100 Decent reviews as well and can get slow due to some viruses erors are durable So if your budget is between 20000-25000 for a windows 8 you can have but Don't make many laptop errors it can slow down your laptop
